King Prawn Provencal; King prawns in a tomato and basil sauce served on a garlic crostini with a rocket salad (gt)
Leek & Potato Soup; a creamy soup of English leeks and potatoes, tarragon cream and croutons (v / gt)
Garlic Mushrooms; Sauted wild mushrooms in a garlic parsley butter on a crostini with a rocket salad (v / gt)
Roast Lamb; roast leg of new season lamb studded with garlic and rosemary, served with a thyme and redcurrant gravy (gf)
Sea Bream; pan fried fillet of sea bream with roasted vine tomatoes and a chervil and parsley sauce vierge (gf)
Vegetarian Lasagne; layers of red pepper, tomato,courgette and egg pasta topped with bechamel sauce and taleggio cheese (v)
All served with rosemary and thyme roast new potatoes, buttered spring greens and honey and caraway roast carrots and parsnips.
