At Blend Kitchen our menu’s always change with the seasons to ensure we are using produce when it’s at its peak. You’ll see in this month’s dishes the best in local game such as the pheasant dish we served last week. Paired with these ingredients we will be making use of the best seasonal vegetables including pumpkins, squashes, the first of the seasons sprouts and mushrooms. We hope that by changing our menu’s in line with the seasons that there will always be something new for our customers to try, we’ll be cooking produce when it’s at its peak and it will enable our kitchen to evolve and develop better and better food.
This week’s (November 16th – 19th) Blend Kitchen menu is going to include;
salmon, pumpkin and watercress salad with a sumac, dill and yogurt dressing £8 (eat in) £6 (gourmet takeaway)
breast of chicken, thyme sausage meat stuffing, fondant potato, creamed sprouts and chicken gravy £8 (eat in) £6 (gourmet takeaway)
squash, wild mushroom, duck egg on toast £5 (eat in) £4 (gourmet takeaway)
poached pear, mascarpone and amaretto cream, blackberries £5
