What are Blend Feasts?

A monthly changing 5 course vegetarian or carnivorous tasting menu with complementary aperitif

designed to be shared by the whole table

Date and time: 1 sitting, 7pm, first Saturday of every month

Price: £25 per person (£5 nonrefundable deposit to secure booking)

Blend Feast: September Menu

Aperitif

Coconut Mojito: Coconut rum, mint, lime, sugar syrup

1st Course

Chicken or Tofu Satay                                                                                                                                                                     Skewers of marinated chicken or tofu, spicy peanut sauce and a spring onion, chilli and coriander salad

2nd Course

Pad Thai

Rice noodles, green beans, peppers, omlette, bean sprouts with or without shrimps and flavoured with chilli, tamarind, lemon grass and galangal

3rd Course

Thai Salmon / Deep fried baby aubergines

Kaffir lime and ginger marinated salmon or deep fried baby aubergines with yellow curry sauce flavoured with galangal, turmeric and chilli

4th Course

Pork Belly

Slow roast pork belly, pak choi, red curry sauce, lemongrass sticky rice

Or

Vegetable Stir Fry

A stir fry of tender stem broccoli, pak choi, peppers, bean sprouts and spring onions                                                                with a red curry sauce, lemon grass sticky rice

5th Course

Panna cotta
