Every Thursday from 5pm at Blend Kitchen we host our ‘A Taste Of’ evenings where we serve a delicious 2 or 3 course inspired by the cultures and communities here in Yorkshire. Ranging from South Indian to Italian, A Taste Of is an affordable way to try something you may not have tried before.
Friday and Saturday Bistro Evenings

Warm heritage carrot, mint and hummus salad; A warm salad of cumin and smoked paprika roast heritage carrots, sesame and smoked garlic hummus, mint and a curry oil (vg / gf)
Thai cured salmon; thin slices of salmon fillet cured with kaffir lime, ginger and coriander served with a Thai cucumber and mint salad (gf /n)
Caribbean chicken skewers; grilled cubes of chicken in an authentic jerk seasoning served with mixed salad and homemade hot sauce

English Asparagus; lemon and basil glazed english asparagus, spinach and courgettes with a potato, spring onion and garlic latke, poached hens egg and sour cream and chive dressing
Chicken Supreme; Thai spiced roast breast of chicken, stir fried green beans, egg noodles and thai red curry sauce
Swordfish; Pan fried swordfish steak, roasted courgettes, tabouleh and a roast tomato and smoked paprika sauce

Double chocolate brownie; a rich double chocolate brownie served with cherry ripple ice cream and chocolate sauce
Lemon posset; a rich lemon mousse served with a compote of summer berries and home made shortbread
Cheese and biscuits; a selection of artisan cheeses from across the north served with home made chutney and biscuits
